While first viewing the home for consideration of purchase, I brought along a friend who is a lifelong home builder and developer from Georgia. After inspecting the home, he told me that he has never in his career seen a better or stronger built home. He was amazed!
Once I purchased the home, I only added to it's charm and usability by expanding and modernizing what we felt was required to make it the perfect place for us to live.
